Today our boys and girls took part in the National Daily Mile. This event helps us celebrate the positive benefits that daily activity can have on our mental health. Children’s mental health, and its relation to physical activity, is more important than ever.
We thoroughly enjoyed getting outside on such a beautiful, crisp day, sporting our Christmas hats, and getting the blood pumping!
