Miss Steele led a special Remembrance Day assembly. She reflected on the unknown soldiers of the Great War and how one of these soldiers had a state funeral, just like Queen Elizabeth.
Mrs McCombe played the Last Post and the boys and girls observed a minutes silence.
Everyone participated in special Remembrance activities throughout the day.
On Sunday our P6 and P7 School Council members will represent the school at the local Remembrance Service at the Diamond, starting at 10.30 am. They will lay a wreath at the Cenotaph. Everyone is more than welcome!
