Primary 1&2 boys and girls had lots of fun making pancakes on Pancake Tuesday. They read a recipe and weighed, measured, whisked and mixed to make the perfect batter. Then they poured, fried and tossed before eating their pancakes with their favourite toppings. When our tummies were full we went to the hall to have a pretend pancake tossing race to work off all the calories.
