Primary 5 had a wonderful morning making pancakes. We used a recipe that Mrs McCombe’s granny used and she was an amazing pancake maker! We all worked together to create the pancake mix and everyone cooked and flipped their own pancakes.
We looked at why we have pancake day and later went to the ICT suite and created instructions for making pancakes.
