The P1&2 boys and girls went to W J Boltons builders yard to find out about the different materials that you use to build a house. We saw the insulation that keeps us warm, pipes to take the water away, wood that’s used on the roof and our walls and lots more things. We peeked into chimney pots and wondered how Santa managed to fit down them! Thank you to Mr Bolton for showing us around and answering all our questions, everyone really enjoyed the visit and at the end we had fun splashing in the puddles!
