P1&2 enjoyed a fun day out with their friends from years 1&2 at St Columbia’s. There was great excitement as the double decker bus pulled up to take us to the beach and we all had a birds eye as we travelled to the coast. We had lots of fun building sand castles, making sand angels, burying feet, spotting jelly fish and going for a paddle. When we’d worked up an appetite we headed to Flowerfield park for a picnic and a chance to play. Then it was time to get back onto the bus to head home where a treat was waiting. Thank you to the family from St Columbia’s who treated all the children to an ice cream when we got back to the school, a lovely end to a fun filled day.
