On Friday the boys and girls had prepared a very special assembly to mark Mrs Moon’s last day at Kilrea.
P1-P3 sang a song, P4- P5 and P7 said poems and P6 performed a song and dance. Mrs Moon was presented with a stunning memory bear, kindly made by one of our parents, Mrs Nadine Cassidy. We want to thank you all for the donations you sent and this was gifted to Mrs Moon on Friday.
Miss Wylie presented Mrs Moon with a retirement survival kit.
The boys and girls compiled a memory book sharing pictures, poems and ideas about what she could do when she retires.
We want to wish Mrs Moon and happy and healthy retirement.
