Teddy bears of all different shapes and sizes arrived at school on Monday along with the boys and girls from play school and P1&2. Everyone had fun playing outside in the sand tray, mud kitchen, on the scooters and the climbing frame. We then went on a bear hunt to try to find Mrs Coopers teddy bear, we searched around the playing field and the secret garden, but we couldn’t find it anywhere. When we went back inside, we found the bear already to have a picnic in the assembly hall.
All the bears and children tucked into the sandwiches, buns and juice, thank you to the P7 boys and girls for serving it out for us. After our snack we went to the playroom and classroom to play together. Before the KEY boys and girls went home, we had a little dance with our bears to the teddy bears picnic song and the Gummy bear song.
Thank you to all the boys and girls and leaders from play school for coming to our teddy bears picnic, we all had lots of fun and there were lots of tired teddy’s going home.
