Between the carol service rehearsals, Christmas crafts and a visit from Santa, P5 have been learning about Christmas traditions around the world and creating posters to compare them. We have also learned about other celebrations happening at this time of the year, such as St Lucia's day in Sweden and the Jewish festival of Hanukkah. Of course one of the best parts of any festival is the food, so this has given us a good excuse to try some lebkuchen and gingerbread!
