P1&2 boys and girls had lots of fun exploring fairy tales with the boys and girls from play school. In the playroom and classroom we dressed up in our fairytale castle, fished for golden balls in our ‘pond’, designed shields for Knights, found magic beans, had our own pantomime puppet show, made some wand designs on the iPads and modelled some dragons. After some magic bean buns and a little drink we wrapped up and headed outside for some more adventures. We caught some kisses for the knight in nets, climbed Jack’s beanstalk to explore the giants castle, we found a hen and magic golden eggs and a musical harp. We then went to the diamond mine to help the 7 dwarfs search for diamonds. We found big and small diamonds and rolled some down a shoot into a bucket. We built a big castle and made a big walkway with our crates.
