P4 children have been researching our local area and finding out who the first people were to settle. As a homework project they have been busy finding out key dates, famous people and prominent landmarks / ruins within the village of Kilrea. The kids have been able to report their findings to the class and share old photographs and knowledge. A big thank you to all parents, grandparents and kids for all their hard efforts - it has been most appreciated. We are now all great historians about our local area!
