Today Miss Steele led our school assembly, informing our boys and girls that Monday is European Day of Languages.
The boys and girls had a quiz, naming the countries found in Europe. Then there was a flag challenge - we were so impressed by some individual's knowledge!
We discovered that within our school we can speak a large number of languages; Spanish, French, Greek, Portuguese and Russian.
Our boys and girls have a weekly Spanish lesson and it wonderful to see how our children are developing their knowledge of a second language.
