As part of our Take 5 activities, P4&5 were treated to a cookery demonstration from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC).
Mrs Bristow spent time looking at the Eatwell Plate, discussing the food groups and what a balance and healthy diet should look like. She created a delicious beef pasta, and we thought it was delicious.
It was wonderful to see one child think they wouldn't taste it, and after a little encouragement, they tried it, loved it, and asked for seconds!
