⭐️ Assembly 14.03.25 ⭐️

14th Mar 2025

Today, Miss Steele led a thought-provoking assembly that reminded us of the power of teamwork and doing our best in everything we do.

She began with a fun challenge, asking one Primary 1 student to throw all the beanbags into a hoop while being timed. Then, she invited four Primary 1 boys to do the same task together. Unsurprisingly, their time was much quicker! As a school, we reflected on why this happened and concluded that working together made the task easier and more efficient.

Miss Steele then shared the inspiring story of St. Paul’s Cathedral. While Sir Christopher Wren was the architect, it took a whole team of skilled workers to bring his vision to life. This powerful example showed us that every role, no matter how small, plays an important part in achieving something great.

She ended with a meaningful reminder from Martin Luther King Jr.:

"Whatever you do, you should do it to the best of your ability."

A great lesson for us all as we continue to work together and strive for excellence in everything we do!
